Registration & Weigh Ins - 10:30am - 11:30am

We start at 12:00pm with Left Arm <70kgs

Then we move onto Right Arm <70kgs

​

We continue in this pattern all the way through with the 100kgs+ being last to compete

All classes are seen through to conclusion 

Champions crowned before moving onto the next class

Double Elimination for all classes

We will be running under the AWE ruleset

Overall Winner...

​

The top two in each weight class will be entered into the Overall division

The Overall division will run the same as a normal weight class

The Overalls will be double elimination

The Overalls will be seeded by weight category
